Autoclave Molding

Autoclave Molding

Advanced manufacturing process used primarily in the aerospace, automotive, marine, and sporting goods industries to create high-performance composite materials. This process involves applying heat and pressure within an autoclave (a pressurized, heated chamber) to cure composite materials, typically carbon fiber or fiberglass prepreg.

Roll Wrapping

Applied for producing high-quality composite tubes and cylindrical components that require high strength, lightness, durability, uniformity, and precision. This method involves wrapping prepregs carbon fiber or other composite materials around a mandrel, which is then cured to solidify the shape.

Filament Winding

Filament Winding

Highly effective for manufacturing cylindrical, spherical, or complex geometric shapes that offer superior mechanical properties tailored to specific application needs. The automation of the winding process can also lead to high production efficiency and consistency, making it a preferred method for producing high-performance composite parts across various industries.

Pultrusion

Used to produce constant cross-sectional profiles from composite materials, such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, and their associated resins, in industries that demand materials with superior strength, lightweight, and resistance to environmental factors. Particularly suitable for creating linear structural shapes like beams, rods, channels, pipes, and other profiles with uniform cross-sections.

Mold Pressing

Mold Pressing

Well-suited for producing high-volume, high-strength, and complex parts from composite materials. This process involves placing a material, often preheated, into an open, heated mold cavity, then closing the mold and applying pressure to force the material to the shape of the mold. As the material cures or cools, it solidifies into the final part shape.
